"We want our guests to feel welcome, relaxed and comfortable"

Our approach is unique - no fuss, no frills but lots of heart - with a friendly, flexible approach, we can't help thinking of our visitors as personal house guests.

Come to Fairfields for
... a warm welcome, informal country 'home from home' atmosphere,
... a relaxing break by the sea,
... taking it easy, reading the paper, walks on the beach,
... tea in the garden, buckets and spades by the door,
... great sea & country spaces, happy family moments,
... kick off your wellies, never mind the rain,
... open fires, cosy bar, good wine and easygoing company,
... generous, home made, candlelit dinners.

Our approach is so different to anywhere you've ever been in England before. We have so many friendly guests who come back to see us again and again as long as we promise not to change a thing and keep the great food and wine coming.

    Why stay in Studland Bay?

In a rural, coastal setting of Studland Nature Reserve, the hotel is at the heart of a National Trust Conservation Area, with stunning views across Studland Bay, Old Harry Rocks and the Isle of Wight, and south west towards Ballard Down.

We are surrounded by wooded lanes, heathland tracks, coastal and hill paths and five miles of safe, sweeping, sandy beaches, Studland Heath and Poole Harbour are within easy walking distance and ideal for all the country pursuits at any time of the year - walking, birdwatching, cycling, golfing, horse riding. The beaches provide safe bathing and every kind of water sport including sailing, windsurfing, fishing and diving.

All our meals are home cooked and generous, and our attention to high standards of food and wine, quality and value, have been recognised by Les Routiers with Cuisine and Corps d'Elite awards.

We always use fresh local produce - fish, meats, fruit and vegetables - whenever it is in season and available.
Vegetarian & special diets are welcomed and catered for and residents are welcome to invite their own guests, family and friends to eat with them at the hotel.

At any time of the year Fairfields Hotel is an excellent place for getting together with family and friends - particularly for a special occasion, celebration or event. Friends and family, clubs or special interest groups, with 16 or more adults staying, can even reserve the whole hotel for their own exclusive use.
