2004 Tariff, Terms & Conditions
When we have taken a name, address and valid credit or debit card details, a booking is accepted. Acceptance of a hotel booking, by telephone or in writing, is generally regarded as a binding contract. The hotel is legally bound to provide overnight accommodation and meals as booked, and to make appropriate compensation if it fails to do so for any reason. A guest, in turn, is legally bound to pay for accommodation and meals booked, and to pay for them even if they fail to take them for any reason. We strongly recommend you take out insurance to protect your deposit and any payments you must make in the event of cancellation or curtailment. TARIFF 2004 Prices shown are per person including DINNER, BED & BREAKFAST and VAT @ 17.5%
TERMS & CONDITIONS Cancellation & Curtailment Even on a short break, problems are as likely to arise here as abroad and unforeseen circumstances can arise which may make it necessary to cancel or curtail a holiday. We will always do our best to re-let in the event of cancellation or curtailment in order to try to reduce the guest's liability as much as possible. If we are successful in re-letting the amount we recover can be credited back to your account or held in credit against a later stay.
