Our Booking Terms are as follows:
We will pre-authorise your credit card number and hold the details on file. If you need to cancel your booking, so long as at least 48 hours notice is given, no charge will be made. If less than 48 hours notice is given, a charge of £25 per room will be made. If notification of cancellation is given after 4 p.m. on the expected day of arrival, or if you fail to arrive for your booking, the room will be charged for in full.
