Be it known that Elizabeth FAULL of High Street, Chacewater in the County
of Cornwall, who at the time of her death had a fixed place abode at high
Street, aforesaid, within the District of the County of Cornwall. Died on
the 29th day of October 1923 at High Street aforesaid, a spinster without
parent and intestate and not possessed of Real Estate leaving John FAULL
and Grace Northey MACDONALD, widow, her natural and lawful brother and sister
respectively and only next of kin who have both renounced the Letters of
Administration of her Estate.
And be it further known that at the date hereunder written Letters of
Administration of all the Estate which be Law devolves to and vests in
the personal representative of the said intestate were granted by His Majestys
High Court of Justice at the District Probate Registry thereof at Bodmin
to Clarissa Mary FAULL of 6 Clifton Gardens in the City of Truro, spinster,
the lawful neice and one of the persons entitled in distribution to the personal
estate of the said intestate.
