The Will and Bonds upon this Admon of the Goods and so forth of one John
FAULS lately deceased granted to Deborah FAULS and Gyles FAULS
Dureing the minority of Deborah FAULS, the daughter of the said deceased
and Executor in this Will named being first in due form of Law, Sworn,
and Saving so forth
This Admon was sworn before me William WADDEN Clerk Master of Arts, Official
and so forth

In the name of God, Amend. The 5th day of September Anno Domini
1738, I John FAULS of the parish of Crowan in the County of Cornwall, mason,
being very sick and weak in body; but of sound and perfect memory thanks
be to God for the same and knowing there is an appointed time for all once
to die. Principally and first of all I bequeath my soul into the hand
of God that gave it, and my Body to the earth to be buried in Christian like
and decent manner, according to the discretion of my Executor hereafter named
and do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament quieing? and
be Equalling the manner and form following:
First I Give and bequeath to Deborah FAULS my wife and to Deborah FAULS
my daughter, my brother Giles FAULS to be my daughters Guardian until she
becomes of age of sixteen, all moveable and imoveable whatsoever, give and
bequeath unto my beloved daughter Deborah FAULS and if it so happens that
Deborah my wife to marry she shall have five pounds paid her and to be partaker
in the Guardianship during the time she remains a Widow and if it so happens
that it is to please God to take of her the child before her she shall
quietly possess and enjoy all moveable and imoveable During the time of
ther widowhood but if it so happens that she marry then she shall have
five pounds paid her as aforesaid and within three months after she marrys,
All the rest of my effects both moveable and imoveable to be left to my
brother Giles FAULS
