This is the last Will and Testament of the Henry FAULL of the Borough
of Saint Ives in the county of Cornwall, innkeeper (that is to say)
First, I desire that my Body may be interred with decent Plainness and
take the expenses of my funeral, also my just debts if any, and testamentary
charges, to be paid by the sole Executrix Elizabeth FAULL my lawful wife
to whom I give and bequeath the whole of my property consisting of household
furniture, stock in trade and Book debts to have and to hold during her
life time for the Benefit of my Children, and should she die before any,
or either, of them is capable to provide for themselves, it is to remain
undivided untill (sic) the youngest is of age.
As Witness my name this eighteenth day of June in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and thirty six.
