Will of Thomas FAULL
In His Majesty"s High Court of Justice The District Probate Registry of Bodmin
Be it known that Thomas FAULL of Hayslope, Blackwater, Truro, Cornwall died there on the 16th May 1939 And be it further known that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament of the said deceased was proved and register in the District Probate Registry of His Majestys High Court of Justice at Bodmin and that Administration of all the Estate which by law devolved to and vests in the person representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Reginald Melville FAULL of Melnals/Melvale Addington, Liskeard, Cornwall, Bank Clerk the son of the said deceased, the sole executor named in the Will.
And it is hereby certified that an Affidavit for Inland Revenue has been delivered wherein it is shewn that the gross value of the said Estate inr Great Britain (exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a Trustee and not beneficially) amounts to £ 430-15s-1d and that the said Affidavit bears a stamp of £32-10s-0d.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas FAULL of Hayslope Blackwater Truro in the County of Cornwall, farmer, made this seventeenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty seven. I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint my son Reginald Melville FAULL of Hayslope Blackwater, Truro, Bank Clerk, to be my executor and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Janie FAULL absolutely all my estate both real and personal of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate. Thomas FAULL
