Portsmouth
This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph FAULLS of Southsea near
Portsmouth in the county of Hampshire, late a treasurer in A? & R?
Yards Deptford in the county of Kent and A? & R? Yards Devonport in
the County of Devonshire. After my just debts and funeral expenses
I give devise and bequeath this twenty fifth day of January one thousand
eight hundred and forty eight to my two daughters Mary Ann FAULLS and Isabella
FAULLS all my goualors? Furniture together with the sum of two hundred pounds
with all monies arriving from the same for which my life is insured in the
West of England Life Insurance Office Company namely? 13340 for one hundred
pounds to be divided between my aforementioned daughters and I do hereby
appoint the Rev Ju? HEART? Of Southsea and my son Joseph FAULLS of London
executors of this my Will as witness my hand this 25th day of January 1848.

Signed and acknowledged by the said Joseph FAULLS the Testator and for
his last Will and Testament in the presence of us being present at the
time who at this sequal in his presence and in the presence of each other
have subscribed our names as witness

Proved at London on 31 January 1855 before the Worshipful Alan? ??kes
VAWDREY? Doctor of Laws and surrogate by the Oath of Joseph FAULLS the son
the surviving executor, to whom ?? was granted having ?? first sworn only
to administer
