And ADMON of all and singular possessions the goods of the said deceased and anyway concerning the said Will granted to Richard FAULL, son of the deceased and the sole Executor therein named in the Will.

Will of Henry FAULL of Phillack 1842
In the name of God, Amen.  I Henry FAULL, of the Parish of Phillack and County of Cornwall, being very sick and weak of body, but of perfect mind and memory, thanks be given unto God, calling unto mind the mortality of my body, and knowing that it is appointed unto all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament, that is to say, principally and first of all, I give and commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God, humbly trusting for Salvation and a touching such worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life, I give, devise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form.

First, I give and bequeath to Elizabeth my dearly beloved wife the sum of twenty pounds a year, all my household furniture and the dwelling house in the parish of St Erth tenanted by Charity HODGE and Richard BLIGHT.

Secondly I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Elizabeth HARRIS, the sum of fifty pounds, to be paid within six months after my decease and to her son Richard, I give my Watch.

Thirdly I give unto my son Henry, the sum of one hundred pounds to be paid within six months after my decease – Also my wearing apparel.

Lastly I hereby give to my son Richard, who I constitute make, and ordain the Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament all and singular the rest, residue and remainder of my leasehold and other property, by him freely to be possessed and enjoyed, his Heirs, Executors, Administrators and Assignees.  In Witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this twenty ninth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven.
