Will
This is the Last Will and Testament of me Jessie Julia FAULL of 85 Wilton
Street, Stoke, Plymouth in the County of Devonshire.
I hereby revoke all Wills and testamentary instruments heretofore by
me made. I appoint Roy James FAULL of 60B Flowerdown Avenue, Cranwell,
Lincolnshire and Clifford Dustin FAULL of RAF Base, Mount Batten, Plymouth
to be the Executors of this my Will. I direct my executors to pay my
just Debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expenses.
I give and bequeath to my two sons, Roy James FAULL and Clifford Dustin
FAULL, everything I die possessed of, in equal shares, the house at 85 Wilton
Street, Stoke to be sold, with everything therein, with the exception of
anything that my sons, may mutually agree to keep, for their respective selves.
Be it known that Jessie Julia FAULL of 85 Wilton Street, Devonport in
the City of Plymouth, widow, died there on the 6th day of July 1931 and be
it further known that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament
of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate
registry of his Majesty’s High Court of Justice, and that administration
of all the estate which my law devolved to and vests in the personal representative
of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Roy James FAULL
of 60B Flowerdown Avenue, Cranwell in the County of Lincoln, Wireless Instructor
and Clifford Dustin FAULL of the RAF Base, Mount Batten near Plymouth aforesaid,
Corporal RAF, sons of deceased, the executors names in the said Will.
Dated the 24th day of August 1931
Gross value of estate 949 pounds 16 shillings 8 Pence
Net value of Personal Estate 929 pounds 17 shillings and 2 pence.
