Will

This is the last Will and Testament of me Julia FAULL Skinners Bottom Scorrier in the County of Cornwall, widow.

I give and devise and bequeath the whole of my property estate and effects of what kind or nature soever and wheresoever situate unto my two sisters Edith HARVEY and Kate WALTERS and in case of the death of either of them during my life then to the survivor absolutely I nominate and appoint John GOULD, of Redruth, Fruiterer and the said kate WALTERS to be the Executors of this my Will in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty-seventh day of April one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven.

Be it Known that Julia FAULL of Skinners Bottom, Scorrier, St Agnes, Cornwall, widow died there on the 12th day of June 1931 and be it further known that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament of the said deceased was proved and registered in the District Probate Registry of his Majesty’s High Court of Justice at Bodmin and that administration of all the estate which by law devolved to and vests in the personal representative of the sad deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court go John GOULD of St Day Road, Redruth, Cornwall, retired fruiterer and Kate EWALTERS of Skinners Bottom, aforesaid, spinster, the sister of the said deceased, the executors named in the Will.

Dated the 24th day of June 1931
