Proved in Common Form before Joseph POMERY Clerk And ADMON of all possessions
and goods of the said deceased and anyway concerning his Will granted to
Richard FAULL the sole Executor therein named.

Will of Richard FAULL of Phillack 1835
In the name of God, Amen. The twenty-seventh day of October one thousand
eight hundred and thirty five years.
I Richard FAULL, yeoman, of the Parish of Phillack and County of Cornwall,
being weak in body, but of perfect mind and memory, thanks be given unto
God, calling unto mind the mortality of my body, and knowing that it is
appointed unto all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last Will
and Testament, that is to say, principally and first of all, I give and
commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God, humbly trusting for Salvation
through the atoning merits of my blessed Redeemer and a touching such worldly
estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life, I give, devise
and dispose of the same in the following manner and form.
First, I give to my sister, Elizabeth COLENSOE'S daughter, Elizabeth
COCK, the sum of four pounds.Also I give to my brother Henry FAULL's daughter,
Elizabeth HARRIS, the sum of ten pounds.Also I give to my sister, Susannah
ELLIS, the sum of four pounds, and also to her the sum of three pounds a
year, if she becomes a Widow during her life.
Also I give to my said sister Susannah ELLIS's daughter, Mary MICHELL,
the sum of four pounds, also to her the sum of two pounds a year, if she
becomes a Widow during her life.
Also I give to my said sister Susannah ELLIS's son, Richard ELLIS the
sum of twenty pounds.
Also I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Mary FAULL, as long as
she is a Widow, the sum of eight pounds a year payable to her quarterly by
my Executors herein mentioned, his heirs, Executors, Administrator or Assigns.
Also I give and bequeath unto my said wife, Mary FAULL, as long as she
is a Widow, and during her life, all that house and garden with the appurtenances
there unto belonging, situate lying and being in Copper House, in the parish
of Phillack now rented and inhabited by my tenant, Henry NEWTON.
Also I give and bequeath unto my said wife the kitchen and bedroom furniture
of the house which I now inhabit. Also I give and bequeath unto my said
wife the sum of ten pounds to be paid to her by my Executor hereinafter
mentioned within three months of my decease.
Also I give unto my wife's son, John MITCHELL, the sum of ten pounds.
Also I hereby declare and appoint Richard FAULL (my brother Henry FAULL's
son) my whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, that
is, I give and bequeath to my said brother Henry FAULL's son, Richard FAULL,
all and singular the whole of my property and effects, save and excepting
the legacies hereinbefore mentioned of whatsoever name or kind by him, freely
to be enjoyed after my decease, the legacies to be paid by my said Executor,
his Heirs, Executors, Administrators or Assigns within the space of six
months after my decease, excepting that otherwise ordered.
I hereby ratify and confirm this and no other to be my last Will and
Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
day and first written. He mark and sign of (R) Richard FAULL
Signed, sealed and published, pronounced and declared by me the said
Richard FAULL as my last Will and Testament in the presence of John RUNDLE
