Will of Thomas FAULL deceased, proved in Common Form before Edmund GILBERT Clerk, Master of Arts, Official.

And ADMION of all and singular the Goods of the deceased and anyway concerning the Will was granted to Elizabeth FAULL the wife of the deceased and sole Executrix named in the said Will.
Being first sworn.

Will – Thomas FAULL 1799

In the name of God Amen.
I, Thomas FAULL, of the parish of Crowan in the County of Cornwall, a yeoman, being in perfect sound and disposing mind and memory do this nineth (sic) day of March one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. (That is to say)
First I give and bequeath my soul to God, that gave it trusting in the merit of the death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer for the forgiveness of all my sins and my Body to Decent Burial to the discretion of my Executrix herein named and appointed

Item, I give and bequeath all my Effects, Goods and Chattles (sic) of whatsoever unto my beloved Wife Elizabeth FAULL, during her Widowhood, who I do make admin of my whole and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.  And if my Wife should marry my Effects shall be equally divided amongst my children, my child Mary shall have three shares of the income until she shall attain the age of sixteen or the youngest then surviving.  And my Will is that if my Wife do continue a Widow, it may and shall be her Power to make a Will and dispose of my Effects as she shall think proper.  And if my Wife should die Leaving my children, or any of them Minors, or under age, I do appoint my Brother-in-laws Francis and James SANDOE Guardians in trust over my children untill (sic) the youngest is of age.  As Witness my Hand and Seal the day above written.
