17th May 1791
The Will of one Susanna FAULL, Widow, lately deceased. Proved in Common
form before the Worshipful George MOORE Clerk Master of Arts Archdeacon
so forth.
And Admion of all and singular the Goods and so forth of the said Deceased
and of all things howsoever concerning her said Will was Granted to the
two Executors therein Named being first Sworn, Saving
No Inventory
Stamp 10 shillings
In the name of God Amen. I Susanna FAULL of the parish of Crowan
in the County of Cornwall Widow, do make and declare this my last Will and
Testament in manner following that is to say
First I resign my Soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping and believing
a remission of my Sins by the Merits and mediation of Jesus Christ and my
body I commit to the Earth to be buried at the discretion of my Executor
hereinafter named and my worldly Estate I give and bequeath as follows:
Also I Give and Bequeath unto my son John FAULL the sum of five pounds
Also I Give and Bequeath unto my son Rich FAULL the sum of five pounds
Also I Give and Bequeath unto my son Joseph FAULL the sum of five pounds
Also I Give and Bequeath unto my daughter Jenefer, the wife of William
POLAMOUNTAIN the sum of five pounds
Also I Give and Bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth FAULL the sum of
five pounds
Also I Give and Bequeath unto my grandson John FAULL, the son of my
said son John FAULL, the sum of five ten pounds
Also I Give and Bequeath unto my grandson William POLAMOUNTAIN, the
son of the said William POLAMOUNTAIN, the sum of five pounds
To be paid them respectively so soon as one year after my decease shall
be expired.
Lastly All the Best of my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresover,
and of what nature kind and Quality soever the same may be and not herein
before given and bequeathed after payments of my debts, Legacies and Funeral
expenses, I do Give and Bequeath unto my son Henry FAULL and my daughter
Susanna FAULL equally, to be divided between them share and share alike.
And I do hereby make, constitute and appoint my said son Henry FAULL and
my daughter Susanna FAULL whole and Sole Executors of this my last Will
and Testament.
In Witness where I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty eighth
day of December in the year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and ninety.

Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the said Testaments in our presence,
who at her request, in her presence and in the presence of each other have
subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto. After the word Five being struck
out and the word Ten placed over in the Legacy given to John FAULL my grandson
making ten pounds instead of five pounds.
