Will of Thomas FAULL
Yeoman, deceased, was proved in common form before Charles GRYLLS Clerk
A B Surrogate
And ADMION of all and singular the Goods of the said deceased and any
way concerning the said Will and granted to Mary FAULL widow of the said
deceased and sole Executrix named in the said Will.
Being first sworn, saving
Effects sworn under 1,500 pounds

AFFIDAVIT
In the Archdeaconry Court of Cornwall, In the goods and chattells of
Thomas FAULL late of the Parish of Probus, yeoman, deceased.
Appeared personally Samuel JEWELL of the Parish of Tregony in the County
of Cornwall, surgeon, and made oath that he is one of the subscribed witnesses
to the last Will and Testament of Thomas FAULL, late of the parish of Probus,
aforesaid yeoman, deceased, now hereunto annexed, beginning thus,
“ I Thomas FAULL of the parish of Probus, yeoman do this 6th day of
July 1842 make this my last Will and Testament"
ending thus
“Witness my hand the day and year above written”
and thus subscribed, the mark or sign of Thomas FAULL. And that
this Deponent and Edward FAULL and this Deponent the other subscribed Witness
to the same Will, were present at the same time when the said deceased on
the sixth day of July 1842 wrote and subscribed his mark to the said Will
and this Deponent and the said Edward FAULL and this Deponent and the said
Edward FAULL subscribed their names thereto, in the presence of the testator,
and of each other, as Witness thereof.

The said Samuel JEWELL was duly sworn to the truth of this Affidavit,
before me

WILL
I, Thomas FAULL of the parish of Probus, yeoman, do this 6th day of
July 1842 make this my last Will and Testament.
I give and bequeath to my dear wife Mary FAULL all my chattels, property
of whatever kind the testamentary be said that I hereby appoint my said
wife whole and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.
