Will of William FAULLS deceased, proved in Common form before John FISHER Clerk, Batchelor of Arts Surrogate. And Admnion of the Goods of the said deceased and anyway concerning the his Will was granted to Charles FAULLS, the nephew of the said deceased and the Sole Executor named in the said Will being first sworn, saving.

In the name of God Amen, I William FAULL of the parish of Crowan in the County of Cornwall, yeoman (being praised be God in Bodily health) and of Sound and disposing mind memory and understanding. But considering the frailty of Human value and that it is appointed for men once to die and minding and intending to settle the effects God has blest me with so as to prevent any difference that may arise amongst my family after my death.  Touching the same do make ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following.

And First above all I committ my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God my Creator hoping through the alone Merits of Jesus Christ my Blessed Redeemer to obtain pardon for all my sins and everlasting salvation in Gods heavenly Kingdom and my Body in decent and Christian Buriall at the discresion of my Executor hereafter Named.

First I give and bequeath to my Brother Edward FAUL two shillings and sixpence.

Second I give and bequeath to my Brother Giles FAUL two shillings and six pence

Third I give and bequeath to my cozen Catharine FAUL the sum of five pounds, Great Billan, one Bed Steed as it now stands in the Hall chamber, one rug and two blankets.

Lastly, I give to my beloved Nephew Charles FAULLS, who I likewise constitute make and ordain the Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament all and singular my Lands, messuages and Tenements by him freely possessed and enjoyed together with all my household Goods and moveable effects. And I do hereby utterly revoke and disannul all and every other former Testaments Wills and Legacies Bequests and Executors by me in any ways before named willed and bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and no other to by my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty eighth day of July one Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy.

Signed Sealed Published Pronounced and declared by the said William FAULLS as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our Names.
