Jane FAULL - Will
This is the Last Will and Testament of me, Jane Faull of Blackwater in the parish of Kea, Widow. I hereby appoint my son Thomas Faull sole Executor of this my Will.
I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas Faull all those meadows and land now held by me and situate at Blackwater aforesaid for his sole and separate use and subject to the payment by him of all outgoings thereon.
I give unto my son Alfred Faull my five roomed house and the garden therewith. In the event of my son Alfreds death the house and garden hereby bequeathed to him shall become the property of his children share and share alike and should my son Alfred in his lifetime or his children after his decease be desirous of selling the said house and garden my son Thomas shall have the option of becoming the purchaser thereof.
I give unto my daughters Emily Grace Oates the wife of Philip Henry Oates and Mary Pearce the wife of Samuel Pearce my two-roomed house and garden therewith for their joint sole use and benefit and should they be desirous of selling the said two-roomed house and garden my son Thomas shall have the option of becoming the purchaser thereof.
I give unto my daughters, Emily Grace Oates, Mary Pearce and Elizabeth Jane Floyd, the wife of Joseph Floyd now in America, the sum of fifteen pounds each to be paid to them by my Executor six calendar months after my decease.
All the residue of my money (if any) after payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give unto the children of my son John Henry Faull share and share alike such money to be paid to them by my Executor six calendar months after my decease.
I give unto my children living at my decease all my household furniture share and share alike. All my wearing apparel and household linen I give unto my daughters to be equally divided between them. I give unto my granddaughter Janie Faull my big Bible.
Should either of my sons or daughters above named die in my lifetime then it is my will that the child or children of such deceased son or daughter shall take the share of their father or mother share and share alike.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty second day of February one thousand and eight hundred and ninety five.Jane Faull Signed by the said testatix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
