Thomas and  Anns parents are Charles RUSSELL bn 5 Nov 1688 who marr 31 Oct 1712 St Erth to Elizabeth CHINN bn 22 Apr 1690 St Erth dau of Thomas CHINN bn 9 May 1653 marr 9 Oct 1680     Elizabeth DUNN bn 1 Jan 1663.

St Earth 18th May 1791. The Will of one Thomas RUFSELL lately deceased. Proved in Common form before the Worshipful George MOORE, Clerk Master of Arts Archdeacon. And Admion of all and singular the Goods and so forth of the said deceased and of all things howsoever concerning his said Will was Granted to the Executor therein names (being first sworn) saving.
 No Inventory. Stamp 10d.
In the Name of God, Amen, I, Thomas RUFSELL of the parish of St Erth in the County of Cornwall, yeoman, being sick and weak in body but of a sound perfect and understanding mind and memory Thanks be given to God, and therefore calling into mind the mortality of mind and body and knowing it is appointed until all. Once to see, I hereby make my last Will and Testament, principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul into the hands of Almighty, that gave it and my body to the earth, not ?bling but that at the General Resurrection I shall receive the same again by the might power of God and as touching such wordly Estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me with in this Life.
I give, divide and bequeath of the same the following names and form. First, thereas my wife Ann RUFSELL has a right by and assignment made in Trust to Messrs Richard JOHNS Attorney at Law Helstone, to a dwelling house and also household goods her use during her natural life in the dwelling in Ticlean/Treclean? In St Erth which she now lives in. Of then my wife Ann RUFSELL shall immediately after my decease quit claim and yield up all her right grant and title (in the said assignment mentioned) to the said House and Household goods into the Hands and supervision of my Executor herein after named. Then that my Will is that she shall be paid and receive the full sum of twenty pounds within three months after my decease and shall have the best bed and the furniture thereunto belonging together wiith all the silverwares in my possession and belonging unto me, delivered for her own proper use. On the contrary if she do not give up the right to the said dwelling house and household goods to my Executors as aforesaid,. That then the Grant of the house and household goods by virtue of the Assignment by the Trust made shall stand, and then the said sum of twenty pounds and the silver were any part thereof shall not be paid nor delivered.
I give unto my Nephew Thomas FAUL one yearly annuity rent charge of three pounds payable out of my Estate in Trelean free and clear (the Term to begin and commence at the end of five years after my dease) during his natural life.
I give unto Constance FAUL the daughter of Thomas FAUL five pounds payable when she attains to the age of twenty one years, by my Executor.
I also give unto Thomas FAUL son of Thomas FAUL five pounds to be paid when he shall attain to the age of twenty years by my Executor.
All the rest and residue and remainder of all my Estates Goods Chattles and Effects of what nature or fund soever I give until William TREMELLING son of Margaret TREMELLING? Of said St Erth he paying all of my debts Legacies and Fe?usal Charges, to be by him enjoyed and I do hereby make and appoint him to be my whole and sole executor of this my last Will and Testament. And I do hereby disalow, revoke and disanul allother Wills, bequeaths and Executors by me in any wise before named, willed and bequeathed satisfying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and Testament. In Witness hereof I have ??? to put my hand and seal this seventh day of May one thousand seven hundred and ninety one.  Signed sealed published and declared by this Thomas RUFSELL to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as Witness at the request and in the presence of these Testators..
