Bond upon the Admion of the goods of Elizabeth FAULL widow deceased granted
to Richard FAULL the son of the said deceased.
The Admon was sworn before Thomas TREVETHAN Clerk by Virtue of a Commission,

William SHORT, Clerk, Doctor of Divinity, Archdeacon of the Archdeaconry
of Cornwall, lawfully constituted, To our beloved in Christ, the Reverand,
Thomas TREVETHAN, Thomas STABBACK and EDWARD ROGERS, Clerks, Greeting.
We hereby commit and impart to you, jointly and severally, our power and
authority to administer, in due form of Law, the Canonical Oath subscribed
to Richard FAULL, the natural and lawful son of Elizabeth FAULL late of
the Parish of Crowan within our said Archdeaconry, widow, deceased.
And what you shall do herein you shall duly certify us, or some other competent
judge in this behalf, so soon as you can conveniently, together with these
presents. Given under the Seal of our Office, the seventeenth day
of March one thousand eight hundred and nineteen.

Tenor of the Oath
You shall swear that Elizabeth FAULL late of the Parish of Crowan, widow,
your late mother deceased, died without making any last Will and Testament,
so far as you know or believe; that you will well and truly administer
all and singular the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said deceased and
pay her Debts, so far as the same Goods, Chattles and Credits will thereto
extend. And the Law charge you. And that you will exhibit or cause to be
exhibited, into the Office of the Registry of the Archdeaconry Court of
Cornwall a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the Goods, Chattels
and Credits of the said deceased, which already have, or hereafter shall
come to your Hands, Possession or Knowledge; and yield and pass a true
and just account thereof, when thereunto lawfully required. And that
the contents of the Affidavit hereunto annexed, and to which you have subscribed
your Name were and are true. So help you God.
Amount of the personal Effects above the value of 50 pounds and under
100 pounds.
Deceased buried at Crowan on 29 January 1818
This Commission was duly executed, and the above name Richard FAULL was
duly sworn to the Tenor of the above Oath, the eighteenth day of September
one thousand eight hundred and nineteen. Before me Thomas TREVETHAN
- one of the above Commissioners.
