This is the last Will and Testament of me Elijah FAULL of 9 Shenley Road, Dartford in the County of Kent, engine driver, made this eighth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty four.  I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint my wife Evelinda FAULL to be my Executor and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. 
I give and bequeath unto my wife Evelinda FAULL that house situate in and being No 9 Shenley Road, Dartford and all my property whatsoever for her use during her lifetime.  The said house and property after her decease to be realised and equally divided between my three children Elijah James, Martha Louisa and William Douglas.

On the 18th day of January 1926 Probate of this Will was given to Evelinda FAULL the sole executrix

Be it known that Elijah FAULL of 9 Shenley Road, dartford, in the County of Kent died there on the 29th day of November 1925.  And be it further known that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament of the said deceased was proved and registered in the principal Probate registry of his Majesty’s High Court of Justice, and that administration of all the estate which by law devolved to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid court go Evelinda FAULL of the same address. 
Further Grant PR 14th August 1931 Widow the relict of the said deceased the sole Executrix named in the said Will.

Gross value of estates 428 pounds 11 shillings 8 pence
