  • Early issues of the CD when it was renumbered IMCD128 contained this amended [partially correct] note:- " Due to the limit on programme length " Crazy Man Michael" does not feature on this CD, however it does appear on " Liege And Lief"
  • Later IMCD 128 issues contain no note at all.
