The tenth track on James' second studio album All The Lost Souls. The song written by James was first performed live by James during his U.S. Tour in May 2006. Billy is mentioned in the lyrics with the line 'Run Yoshimi run ‘Cause Billy’s got himself a gun'. The song is a reworking of the lyrics of the early demo song Dont Go.

The song written by James previously existed as an acoustic demo track and was originally intended to be James' debut album Back To Bedlam. It has been performed at live gigs since 2005. A new version of I Really Want You, re-recorded by James and Jimmy Hogarth was released as a single on August 4th 2008 and was available as one track digital download only. The video for the single was directed by Jim Canty and released also as a digital download on 21st July 2008.

Apple Itunes have released digital download versions of Back To Bedlam and All The Lost Souls, the single releases and exclusive live EP's: The Digital Live EP was recorded at 93 Feet East in London, UK in January 2005 and released on Itunes on 18th April 2005. The Live From London EP was recorded at Apple's Istore in London, UK on 21st June 2005 and released on Itunes on 28th June 2005.
