N'ards Masonic Centre
The Masonic Centre can be booked for private functions, simply complete the application
form and post or hand it into the Club, when the Club Committee have decided on the
application, you will recieve a phone call to confirm the booking, or to offer an alternative if
this night is unavailable.
Saturday's are no longer be available for private functions, these are booked up with Club
Dances and live music in the bar.
Please ensure you read the terms and conditions before committing your application and
ensure the booking fee is included, all bookings remain provisional until these conditions
are met, and you may lose the night to another party who have completed the booking
process correctly. A tour can be arranged if you have not seen the Masonic Centre, catering
and seating arrangements can be discussed at that time, as can all other questions you may
have.

The membership application can be completed and posted or handed into the Club, usually
the Saturday following this date is the day it would be completed and will be available at the

All sitting members of the Masonic Centre are encouraged to take up membership, there are
various types of membership and you will be able to join by choosing one of them, if in doubt
consult a Club Committe member for advice, taking membership is your best way to help
support our Masonic Centre.

Catering
The facilities for buffets, etc are fine and any outside caterers will find the appliances meet
their needs, around 70/75 can be formally catered to, the kitchen is central to the Function
room, with car parking at the rear of the building leading to the kitchen door.
