Footnote:  This site was constructed with Wysiwyg Web Builder.  When pages are viewed in Internet Explorer, some of the spacings can seem excessive.  This is neither a Wysiwyg or Internet Explorer problem, but is due to the need to accommodate a  problem  with  pages  viewed  in  the  popular Mozilla Firefox browser. Firefox uses a different text height formula which results in Wysiwyg  spaces  which are  correct  in  Internet  Explorer  to  appear  with  text  overlap  in  Firefox.
