This price is for the house and not the number in your party.

The house will sleep 10 people therefore making this great value!!

We can accept payment by cheque, bank (wire) transfer or paypal and depending upon the length of time before occupancy, the choice is yours.

The price we quote you will include the 12% Florida state property tax

Bookings of less than 6 nights will also incur a $85 or £50 cleaning charge.

Due to the imposition of a "resort fee" by our management company, a $10 per night fee will be payable when you check in at the resort.

The resort fee allows you unlimited use of the free amenities

# please note that the Beauty Salon and therapy area is NOT FREE and your membership will not include this facility
