Our high quality upgraded fully air conditioned Town home is on a 4 star (and a 3 star AAA) resort and offers you all the comforts of a luxury home with 4 good sized bedrooms.

We take great pride in our home and we are constantly upgrading it so as to let you have a great vacation in a "home from home"

Renting through us as owners, gives you a more personal service and is more often than not, cheaper than going through the resort or travel agents.

There are two double ensuite bedrooms,(one on the ground floor) and two twin rooms, that share a family bathroom.

For the younger visitors, we have provided a crib (Play yard) Stroller and high chair. This saves you any local hire charges and lets you spend that bit more in the parks.

The large lounge/dining room leads onto a covered terrace where, you can enjoy al-fresco meals at any time of the day. Unlike many other homes on the resort, we have provided a BBQ and patio furniture for our guests convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including electric cooker, microwave, fridge feezer with icemaker and dishwasher.

A laundry with washing machine and tumble drier is located on the first floor.

We are sorry but as we cannot leave chemicals in the house, there will not be any dish fluid etc when you arrive.

There will be a small "welcome pack" with starter packs of soap, dish fluid and washing powder to save you having to shop on the first night

There is adequate parking for 2 cars at the front of the property.

The club house serves breakfast at reasonable rates so, if you do not fancy going shopping early, why not treat yourself and let someone else do the cooking


Local shops, restaurants and well known fast food outlets are a maximum of five minutes drive from the resort and include a supermarket (24 hour Super Wal-Mart), chemist, bank and petrol station.

NEW FOR 2008 -

There is a small on site shop (open from 07:00 am until about 11:30 pm) where you can get bread, juice, milk, eggs and other staples to get you started. DVDs can also be rented from the shop.

What will your vacation weather be like? Hopefully, the "Sunshine state" will live up to its name and give you wall to wall sunshine!

The home will be cleaned and the beds made prior to your arrival. Spare linen and towels are available in the home (please ask at reception for spare linen if it has not been left in the home). You will need to provide the linen for the Crib.

In fact, the property has everything you will need except for your clothes.

Both master bedrooms and the lounge have "cable" TV offering a wide variety of channels to suit the whole family.
The lounge also has a DVD/CD player.

The Regal Palms Resort

Regal Palms is a private gated community with restricted access and the facilities are for the exclusive use of the guests.

The resort incorporates a 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with two heated pools, lazy river, waterfalls, outdoor spa pool and water slides.

Additional recreational facilities include a children's play area. The Clubhouse offers a large sports bar (with free entertainment some evenings), restaurant (please make a note that "service charge" is included in the costs shown on the menu!!!) and games room.


The new day spa and health club is now open and offers a superbly equipped gym, jacuzzi, sauna, dry heat room and beauty salon that can provide massages nail and hair treatments (at additional cost and not included in the resort fee).

The club is now offering "specials" nites and depending on the day, you can enjoy entertainment, drinks and meals at special rates. These specials mean that you do not have to worry about leaving the resort to have a great time. Please make sure that you pick up a copy of the resort calendar when checking in

Mums and Dads, - This means you can have a drink or two if you wish. Check out the special "Martini" nites!!

The Highlands Reserve golf course is located next door, The green fees are very reasonable and there is not normally a problem getting onto the course. The course is a par 70 championship course with extremely challenging greens. There is a good selection of other golf courses nearby and green fees can vary but in general terms are cheaper than in the UK.

People are always asking how far we are from the pool and other amenities. This plan will show that we are a mere 300 yards from all the fun. This is however far enough that you do not get bothered with all the noise. The home is ideally situated!

is only 9 miles away and other theme parks include MGM Studios, Typhoon Lagoon, Animal Kingdom, Sports World and Blizzard Beach.

A FREE SHUTTLE BUS RUNS TO MOST OF THE MAIN ATTRACTIONS. Reception staff will be able to give you timetables for this service.

Sea World, Universal Studios and Wet'n Wild, the Florida Mall and Buena Vista Shopping centres are 20 minutes away.

Other Florida attractions within driving distance (50 miles approximately) include the Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach.

Restaurants aplenty are within 5 minutes drive up along HW 192

The clubhouse on the resort now has a competitively priced ticket outlet from where you can purchase all "local attraction" or dinner show tickets. All you need do is, find the show or attraction you want to go to and the staff will do the rest but at a price better than "on the door"

On arrival please go to the resort reception where you will be given the keys, The staff will also take an imprint of a credit card in lieu of a damage / breakages deposit (A $100 charge will be made but this is refunded on check out). (details will be provided at time of booking)

Please ensure that you have photo ID available when checking in. (A passport or US drivers licence is fine)

Please report any damage or breakages to the SUPERIOR MANAGEMENT AGENT. You will be asked to pay for damage and breakages.

Please report any defective equipment to the SUPERIOR MANAGEMENT AGENT. For your own safety, please do not try to repair equipment.
