Our high quality, fully equipped air conditioned Town home, offers you all the comforts of a luxury home with 4 large bedrooms. There are two double ensuite bedrooms,(one on the ground floor) and
two twin rooms, that share a family bathroom. The large tiled lounge/dining room leads onto a covered terrace where, you can enjoy al-fresco meals at any time of the day. Unlike many other homes on the resort, we have provided patio and balcony furniture for our guests convenience. A laundry with washing machine and tumble drier is located on the first floor.
A small starter pack with soap, dish fluid, kitchen roll and washing powder is provided. Renting through us as owners, gives you a more personal service.
The home will be cleaned prior to your arrival and spare linen and towels should you need them are available in the home. What will your vacation weather be like? Hopefully, the "Sunshine state" will live up to its name and give you wall to wall sunshine! The Regal Palms Resort
Regal Palms is a private gated community with restricted access and the facilities are for the exclusive use of the guests. The resort now has "dive in movies" (Thursday evenings) and karaoke nites.
Further information about the beauty services available can be found on the official The Highlands Reserve golf course is located next door, The green fees are very reasonable and there is not normally a problem getting onto the course.
The course is a par 70 championship course with extremely challenging greens. There is a good selection of other golf courses nearby and green fees can vary.

People are always asking how far we are from the pool and other amenities. This plan will show that
we are a mere 300 yards from all the fun. This is however far enough that you do not get bothered with
all the noise. The home is ideally situated!

include MGM Studios, Typhoon Lagoon, Animal Kingdom, Sports World and Blizzard Beach.

The lounge has an LED TV, with many HD cable channels, a DVD player and a HIFI unit with an I Pod docking station.
Local shops, restaurants and well known fast food outlets are a maximum of five minutes drive from the resort and include a supermarket (24 hour Super Wal-Mart), chemist, bank and petrol station. A Publix supermarket is only 5 minutes walk away.
The resort has a 2 acre tropical pool complex with two heated pools, lazy river, outdoor spa pool and water slides. The pool is now open until 11pm so, you can enjoy a de-stressing swim and a drink from the outdoor Tiki bar, after a long day at the parks.
Additional outdoor recreational facilities include a children's play area, pool table and sand volleyball court. There are also daily activities around the pool for the children (some at an additional cost)
The Clubhouse offers a large sports bar (with free entertainment some evenings), restaurant and games room.
The health club offers a superbly equipped gym, jacuzzi, sauna, dry heat room. The Ascencion day spa beauty salon offers massages, nail and hair treatments (at additional cost and not included in the resort fee of $11.95 per home per day).
The club regularly offers "specials" nites and depending on the day, you can enjoy entertainment, drinks and meals at special rates. Please make sure that you pick up a copy of the resort calendar when checking in
