Training

Training at Hemsworth has improved immensely over the last few weeks.  We now have two coaches who specialise in different aspects of the game which has been turned into excellent play on the field and ultimately points on the score board.

 

We are now getting more people than ever coming to training  so please continue to make the effort to attend as training is vital to the quality of play, fitness of the players and forming the team bond

 

Training Times

Seniors: Monday & Wednesday 7pm to 9pm

Juniors: Monday 6pm onwards
