A Sign of Hope ... ... A Place of Help

Co-ordinator: Debbie Fletcher E-mail Me
Store keeper: Roger Rawlings

This is a mobile soup and sandwiches facility, which is available at two strategic locations in Folkestone three nights a week (see below). Food is prepared at St Saviour's Church kitchen, and loaded into the back of an estate car, sometimes along with hot pies etc. donated by commercial enterprises in town. Food is then distributed to the homeless, the hungry and those who need us.

We are currently seeking a new vehicle, something on the lines of an old ambulance or service support vehicle, so that we can distribute more than just food. Clothing, towels, soap, shaving gear, baby goods, etc. etc. are all things given out at the centre, but we could do with a larger vehicle from which to distribute these items. So if you are reading this, and think you can help, please use the 'Contact Us' link to the left. Thank you.
