These events are exempt from the Adventure Activities Licensing Regulations

Start Times

You can start the walk at any time between the times stated.

Walking in a Guided Group

If you wish to walk as part of a guided group, following the walk leader, please be ready to leave at the latest start time shown.  The group will walk at a moderate pace and the walk will take approximately 2 hours.

If you do elect to walk as part of the guided group, it would be appreciated if you would follow the walk leader, to prevent other walkers feeling “left behind” or pressured into walking faster than is comfortable—thank you.

If you wish to walk faster/slower—could we suggest you walk independently using the comprehensive route description.

Entry Fee

The fee for each walk is 50p.   Entry is on the day for each walk, there is no need to pre-register.

Map References/Post Code

Both Ordnance Survey langranger and Explorer map references are provided (in this order).  Post Codes are also provided for each venue.
