TEAMS
This year 8 teams will contest the league to be crowned the Mosset Tavern Forres Pub Darts Winter League Champions
ENTRY FEE
An entry fee of £40.00 per team and the money generated from the sale of the FPDL Lingo Cards, plus the money raised through sponsorship deals will see the league start yet again on a good financial footing
PLAYERS
Teams this year, as normal will field 8 players. Any team failing to field 8 may play with a minimum of 6. A team fielding 7 players shall be made up to 8 by the opposing team captain naming a player to play twice to make 8. A team fielding 6 players will start 2 - 0 down losing a doubles & singles match but will be made up to 7 players again by the opposing team captain selecting a player to play twice. A team fielding 5 or less shall forfeit the match by the score of 12 - 0 (20 - 0)
LEAGUE FORMAT
The playing format is 4 x Doubles 701 & 8 x Singles 501 best of 3 with all games straight start and double out
RULES
Home captains must text in results of matches on the night of play to the President Billy McKinney using the telephone number on the bottom of the score card. The information required is both sets & legs for & against, any 180’s scored and any high finishes. Any other matters regarding play should be directed to one of the committee members. The winter league flyer issued should resolve most matters that arise
