These pictures were taken on 12 February 2001, the date that the plot
was purchased. Within a few weeks the land was levelled and the
foundations laid.

After two days building work (2 April 2001) the property had reached roof level. |

It is now 11 April 2001 and the house is starting to take shape.
Note that there are no interior walls yet.

By 25 April the roof is on and the interior partitions are in place.
The air conditioning is being installed.

By 1 May the air conditioning is installed, the pool is also underway.

It is 13 June and the exterior is nearing completion. The lawn turf has
arrived and the pool is nearing completion.

The kitchen units are in place although the appliances have not yet arrived.
The pool screening and decking require completion.
