A pleasant six seater dining area is situated in the main hall. A four seater kitchen nook table is also provided in the kitchen area. |

The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker, fridge/freezer with ice making machine, microwave,
dishwasher and a waste disposal unit. A kitchen nook table, which seats four people, is also in
this area.
In addition, a washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in the garage. Washing basket, iron, ironing board etc are provided for guest's use. |

Four bedrooms are available. Two of these have double beds and two have twin accommodation.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 19" television and direct access to the adjacent master bathroom. The patio doors in this room lead directly to the pool and lanai area. The second double bedroom has a full sized bed, television and full bathroom en-suite. |

The two twin rooms each have TV/DVD combination units and convenient access to bathrooms.
All four bedrooms have walk in wardrobes and ample storage. A crib is also available for hire. |

The master bathroom, complete with marble fittings, is situated between the master bedroom and
one of the twin bedrooms.
En-suite facilities are provided for the full bedroom and a shower room is available next to the second twin bedroom. Hairdryers are provided in each of the three bathrooms for guests use. |

The pool area looks out over open countryside. At night the fireworks from nearby Disney can clearly be seen. |
