• This version of the show is recorded from a radio broadcast in October 2006. The original distributor had it dated as 1st November 1995 recorded at KRO Studios but the PWLA has shows PW was in Holland at the start of October that year and in fact played all the songs on this recording for Holland's Radio 3. That radio station sometimes uses KRO Studios in Hilversum so I've come to the conclusion that it's likely 2nd October is the proper date for the show. That said, the PWLA also lists a couple of extra tracks for this radio sessions that were not re-aired in 2006 so if anyone has the complete show please email me.
