William Perrott (my g g grandfather) was born in Machen, Monmouthshire about 1811, He married Leah ? who was born in Bedwas, Monmouthshire about 1806. William was employed as a coal miner in November 1841 and a Coal Master in 1851.
William and Leah had the following children:-
Mary Perrott was born in Gelligaer, Glamorganshire about 1828.
Margaret Perrott was born in Llanfabon Glamorganshire about 1832. In 1851 Margaret was employed as a
Toll Keeper in Maesycwmmer (Bedwas Upper).
Leah Perrott was born in Bedwas, Glamorganshire about 1832 (probably Bedwas Upper).
