Our one bedroomed apartments are ideal for couples and have one of the best locations near the heart of Puerto del Carmen.

They are situated in La Penita apartment complex, which has recently been renovated to a high standard, and is only a short walk to the sea front and beaches, yet is away from the more lively area affording it a quiet position on a very popular complex.

La Penita is a quality complex attractively designed in low-rise style.

Apartment 116

This apartment has been totally refitted & refurbished to a very high standard with a Balcony looking over the gardens and roofs to the sea.

The lounge has colour TV Sky Family Package, DVD Player,, Video Recorder, CD player, radio and tape recorder.

   

American style well equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with a reasonable size freezer box, cooker and washing machine.

The bedroom has 2 single beds, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, bedside cabinets and clock/radio. There is also a safe.

The bathroom is tiled throughout and includes shower, WC & basin. One hand & bath towel per person provided,(not for beach or pool use).

2009 (excluding Christmas) - £240 per wk Christmas w/c Thurs 17th Dec 2009 to &th Jan 2010 - £280

Please note a deposit of £100 per week is required.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard with a Balcony looking over the trees and roofs to the sea.

American style well equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with a reasonable size freezer box,  washing machine and a combination grill/oven and 2 rings.

         

         

The bedroom has a proper double bed, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, bedside cabinets and clock/radio. There is also a safe.

The bathroom (modernised January 2005) is tiled throughout and includes shower, WC and basin. One hand & bath towel per person provided,(not for beach or pool use).

Facilities

La Penita Apartment complex is in an excellent location, just 100 metres from the sandy beach.

A quality complex attractively designed in low-rise style. Bars and restaurants can be found close by.

The complex offers a large swimming pool, sunbathing terraces with sunbeds and tennis court for which equipment may be hired.

There is a small bar/cafe.

Location

The apartment complex is situated in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, a few minutes walk from the seafront and beaches.

Puerto del Carmen

Puerto del Carmen is the island’s main tourist resort and is situated on the coast only a ten minute ride from the airport in the southern central part of Lazarote.

Originally a small fishing village, it has become one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Canary Islands. One of it’s main attractions is the six-kilometre long beach of golden sands bordering the quiet waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
