Our two self catering apartments, "Serica" and "Golden Eagle" were newly created in 2001. They are furnished and equipped to the very highest standards for the enjoyment of our guests.

Both apartments have custom-built maple kitchens with electric oven/electric hob, separate fridge and freezer, dishwasher, combined washer-dryer and microwave. Colour television and video recorder are provided together with a micro CD music centre with radio and cassette player.

Golden Eagle and Serica both have the benefit of oil-fired central heating, electric coal effect fires with fan heating and supplementary wall-mounted electric convector heaters. This makes them wonderfully warm and cosy if you fancy an off-season early spring, late autumn or bracing winter break in the Isles of Scilly.

All bedlinen is supplied (pure cotton or polycotton), along with towels, beach towels, tea towels and bath mats. We make up the beds prior to arrival for your convenience. Each apartment has its own Vodafone mobile telephone for both incoming and outgoing calls, using pay-as-you-talk vouchers available for purchase in Hugh Town.

We provide order forms and pre-paid envelopes for you to send a grocery order to the Chalet Valet service run by the Isles of Scilly Wholesale. Your order will be delivered to Glandore on the day of your arrival and placed in your apartment.

When you arrive, you have the reassurance that we will be there to greet you personally and answer any questions you might have. A welcome tray of tea, coffee and biscuits will be waiting on the kitchen table together with a jug of milk in the fridge. Sit down and relax, enjoy the view, you're on holiday!
