This was painted in June 2006 early in the morning. To find the spot, take the path that goes between the camp site on the Garrison and comes out past the battery. Then take the left hand fork which finishes at Morning Point. You are looking towards Peninnis Head. In the sharp morning light the foxgloves against the sky are almost in silhouette.
