This was painted on a warm Autumn morning 2005. The cove beyond Carn Leh, (on the west side of Old Town Bay) is full of beautifully rounded rocks and pebbles. The tide had just gone out, which together with an early morning mist had left the pebbles damp and shiny. My wife bagged the original for her birthday, but graciously allowed me to use it for this print.
