Area J

Cessna 525 Citationjets G-EDCK, G-EDCL, G-EDCM, G-ODAG & G-ODCM can be found here.

Gama Aviation Beech 200C Super King Air's G-SASC & G-SASD now operate from
here on a contract with the Scottish Ambulance service with 1 on standby 24 hours a day.
Also Beech 200 Super King Air G-PCOP is used for pax charters by Gama.

The Universities of Glasgow and Strathclyde Air Squadron operate from the small
green hangar on this apron with Grob.115E's usually having at least 3 aircraft based.


Area R
This new small parking area where the old BAA Trident fire training aircraft was parked
is used for overflow parking of private aircraft when Area J is busy. Loganair SAAB340's
also sometimes park here now and again.

Area W
Flying club aircraft based here on the North side of the airfield are PA38's G-BGIG, G-BNIM,
CE.172's G-BAPI, G-BGIY, G-IZZS and PA28 G-BSYZ.


HANGAR 11
This hangar owned by Loganair is the home of DHC-6's G-BVVK & G-BZFP,
SAAB340's G-GNTB, G-GNTF, G-LGNA, G-LGNB, G-LGNC, G-LGND, G-LGNE,
G-LGNF, G-LGNG, G-LGNH, G-LGNI, G-LGNJ, G-LGNK, G-LGNL, G-LGNM & G-LGNN.

British Airways Hangar
There are no based aircraft here but sees visits by A319, A320,A321 and B737's on maintainence.

STANDS 37,38 & 39.
These 3 new stands where the old Loganair hangar was are used for overflow parking of IT aircraft.

STANDS 61,62,63,64,65.

These stands are used by cargo aircraft ATR42's & ATR72's of Air Contractors/Fed Ex & Swiftair.
The stands are also used by nightstopping Flyglobespan B737's and Loganair SAAB340 aircraft listed above.

STANDS 81 & 82.
These 2 stands next to the control tower are used for overflow parking of aircraft up to B757 size.

Link G holding pan & Runway 09 threshold
These 2 areas are used by aircraft doing high powered engine runs.
Runway 09 threshold is also the compass swing area.
