We spent a couple of days on the Isle of Eigg off the west coast of Scotland and were very fortunate on the second day to be blessed with gorgeous weather. We walked to the " singing sands " on the Northwest end of the island and had very clear views over to Rhum, which is something of a rarity 'cos Rhum often generates its own clouds. I won't mention the weather the previous day!
