Celtic Potin  depicting two confronting animals. Believed to have been issued by the Suessiones tribe of Northern Gaul c 60 to 50 BC.

Celtic Dobunni gold plated Stater believed to be of tribal chief CORIO. c 50BC to AD 50

The abstract figure is of a three tailed horse. The wheel represents the chariot. The ear of corn on reverse represents fertility. This is the only known Stater found in Britain with only four spokes in the wheel.

This  Stater has been  registered with The Celtic Coin Index at Oxford.

Celtic Dobunni bronze Stater of  tribal leader EISV or EISVRIG   c AD 20 to c AD 43.

Depicts a wheel and abstract three tailed horse. Ear of corn on reverse.

It is believed by experts that  it would originally have been gold plated.

It has been registered with Celtic Coin Index.
