Gloucester’s top-five priorities to bring sustained success to Kingsholm

There has to be an acceptance that there is no “quick fix” to achieve any level of success let alone on a sustained basis. The die has been cast for this season and perhaps next following a further round of wholesale changes to the playing department involving both players and coaches. Changes can be made now to lay the foundations for a successful dynasty at Gloucester in say 3 years.
