2. THE OBJECTS of the Club shall be:-

(a) To advance the education of the public through the promotion of Road Safety and, (b) to provide education and training, for adults and children, on all aspects of Road safety.

In furtherance of these objects, but not otherwise, the Club will seek (1) To organise and sponsor Road Safety contests for adults and children and, (2) To provide instruction in safe vehicle maintenance.
