1. Qualifing Competitions may only start from
one starting point on the course, i.e. from the first tee

3. A Player forgets to sign his card and is disqualified from a

computer, must ensure that the software used is provided by an Independent
Software Vendor, who is currently licensed by CONGU.
14. A player may have only one playing handicap.
15. A player with an exact handicap of plus 0.5 has a playing handicap of

16. Handicap increases shall be made at the end of he calendar month or
at such shorter intervals, as the club shall decide.
18. The Handicap Committee must ensure that a member's Exact and Playing
Handicaps are available in prominent position at the
player's Home Club.
