The document "....(document name) ......" may be fairly translated into another language and may be copied, used or otherwise distributed provided: 

(a) all copies are annotated: “Copyright © 2008  Malcolm L Wadsworth”;

(b) if incorporated or passages are quoted within another document, publication or website, an acknowledgement as to the author is carried;

(c) any website, magazine or other publication that carries the document or quotes passages from it does not exist for personal or corporate financial gain by the recipient or anyone else to whom the document is passed or copied;

(d) the document or any quoted passage is not amended adapted or otherwise transformed or enhanced without the agreement of the author and

(e) the author is provided with a copy of the pages, magazine or other publication or the address of the website using the document or a passage thereof or is otherwise advised before or within thirty days of publication or other use.
