In 2163, a
small independent world near the galactic rim became the focus of a
struggle between five interstellar empires.
The Centauri
Republic was keen to exploit the extensive unclaimed resources.
A Clarkist faction of Earthforce intended to make the system its
base for operations. Why the Vorlons had reappeared, no-one
knew. Were the Shadows simply intent on fighting their nemesis, or
was there something important at stake? And finally the
Interstellar Alliance stepped in to try and keep the peace and
protect the populace of Miranda.
