Old Royal Naval College

Greenwich

A World Heritage Site, Greenwich is the birthplace of Henry VIII and the site of the Prime Meridian of the World. There are many free museums, a huge park, a market and some great riverside pubs. It is also home to the Cutty Sark. Glen recommends travelling to Greenwich by boat from Westminster and returning to London on the Docklands Light Railway.

Rock 'n' Roll London

With many Beatles connections, this popular tour has everything for the rock fan. See where the Beatles and Hendrix gave their final live performances. Walk down London's 'Tin Pan Alley' where the Sex Pistols once lived. I'll show you legendary venues and recording studios where some of the greatest songs were recorded. See where the Rolling Stones were formed, where John met Yoko and re-enact the Ziggy Stardust Album cover.

ripper victim

Jack the Ripper

In the East End of London, in 1888 a series of unsolved, brutal and horrific murders were believed to be the work of Jack the Ripper. Who was he/she? How many victims were there? We don’t know. On this tour we will visit some murder sites, review the evidence and talk about the suspects. We may have a pub stop en-route at a genuine east end pub and if you’re hungry we will finish with some Indian cuisine in the heart of London’s Bangladeshi community.
