During the above months there are quite often special breaks available for stays of 3 or 4 nights. Special breaks are only available through this website. Please note that we do not have any single rooms. Single occupancy of a double room from £25.00p to £82.50p dependant on room choice & season. At peak times, June, July & August we can not guarantee to accept less than 3 nights. Click here to see if we have any short stay availability during June, July & August. Children under 12 years of age are welcome, However we respectfully request that they are kept under control at all times with regard to noise and that they are not allowed to wander around the accommodation unsupervised. Child Discounts Prices shown are based on 2 persons per room inclusive of breakfast. There is no charge for children under 2 years of age when sharing a room with 2 adults. Children 2 to 5 yrs are charged at 1/3 of the adult rate when sharing a room with 2 adults. Children 6 to 11 yrs are charged at 1/2 of the adult rate when sharing a room with 2 adults. Children 12 years and older charged at the adult rate. (Proof of age may be requested). Advance bookings accepted on receipt of either full payment or a 25% deposit. To secure your accommodation the balance is due 1 calendar month prior to your date of arrival. To secure accommodation less than 1 calendar month prior to your arrival, full payment is required. Visa, Mastercard £2.50 or 4% whichever is the greater Company credit cards and American Express £3.00p or 5% whichever is the greater Maestro, Solo, Delta and Electron £2.50p per transaction. We also accept Euros at the current buy back rate. IMPORTANT Please ask yourself the following question:- Would you take a holiday abroad without insuring yourself beforehand? A holiday in England is no different whatsoever and insurance cover is considerably cheaper for holidays at home. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance against the possibility of cancellation. |
