Please note the minimum stay period is 2 nights during all Bank or School holiday periods, except July and August.

No minimum stay January February March, October, November and December (see exceptions above)

Two night minimum stay April, May and June and September

Rates for single occupancy are dependant on room choice, duration of stay & season

 

Child Discounts

Children under 12 years of age are welcome, however, we respectfully request

that if necessary they are supervised, in order to avoid disturbing other guests

No charge for children under 2 years of age when sharing a room with 2 adults

Children 2 to 5 yrs are charged at 1/4 of the adult rate when sharing a room with 2 adults

Children 6 to 11 yrs are charged at 1/3 of the adult rate when sharing a room with 2 adults

Children 12 to 14 yrs are charged at 1/2 of the adult rate when sharing a room with 2 adults

Where a child under 15 years of age shares a room with an one adult., no child discount is available.

 

During Low and Mid Seasons, there are quite often Special Breaks available

Special Breaks are only available by telephone or email enquiries (not online)

Booking online, even through the online link on our home page is quite often more expensive than calling us direct

Prices displayed on other web sites may be higher

At peak times, July & August we can sometimes accept less than the minimum stay

Methods Of Payment

Cash on arrival option Should you wish to pay by this option then you must call us direct.

By choosing the above option, then we may offer a small discount against your room price (please ask)

Your card details will still be required in order to confirm your accommodation.

A pre-authorisation check will then be carried out on your card account but we will not debit your account.

Deposit. We can accept payment by cheque for the first nights accommodation as a non refundable deposit.

Any balance outstanding to be paid in cash on arrival. We cannot accept cheques for outstanding balances.

Online Bookings All major credit cards accepted when you book online from our homepage.

Please note that booking online is quite often more expensive than calling us direct.

Cancellation conditions apply to all methods of payment.

 

Bye special arrangement we also accept the following:-

Euros or US Dollars at the current buy back rate on the day of arrival.
