THE APARTMENT
Consisting of 2 bedrooms (both twin roomss), 2 bathrooms, kitchen & large lounge / dining room.
The apartment has the advantage of air conditioning units throughout.
A private sun terrace with patio furniture is accessible through patio doors from the lounge.
There is also a very large roof top solarium accessed by steps from the sun terrace.
Available for rent from 1 week to 1 month. Price dependant on duration of stay and season.

THE COMPLEX
The apartment complex is situated on Mojacar Playa a maximum 2 minute walk from the beach.
Numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets are also within a very short walking distance.
There is a regular bus service which stops at the front of the complex to Mojacar pueblo,
Parque Comercial (the main shopping complex ), Carboneras and Garucha where there are weekly markets.
The apartment itself does not suffer from any traffic noise or noise from bars as it is located at the rear of the complex.
There are 3 pools, of which one is for minors. No pets are allowed in the pool area.

From Almeria International Airport 40 minutes drive north east.
From Murcia International Airport 1 hr 10 minutes drive south.
From Alicante International Airport 2 hrs 10 minutes drive south.
From Malaga International Airport 3 hrs 30 minutes drive north then north east from Almeria.

The web cam is pointing south along the playa and is located 1 mile south of the main shopping complex.
The apartment complex can be clearly seen in the top right hand side of the picture.
The Beachcomber Bar and Cafe is less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
The ideal place to meet new friends, book a fishing trip and enjoy good food.
Situated almost on the beach with lovely views, free Wi-Fi and very friendly staff.
